A syllabus approved eighteen months ago cannot describe what production AI looks like today. That is structural, not a curriculum failure — and it can only be closed by people currently working in the industry. Right now your final years meet that reality on day one of their first job.
Students have ideas and no way to build them
A real project needs real cloud and AI access. No college can hand a nineteen-year-old an unmetered cloud account — the security exposure and the runaway-bill risk are both real and neither is manageable at institutional scale. So the answer is no, and good ideas die at the prototype stage.
The guidance students need most, they have to buy themselves
A student who wants to talk to someone actually building AI systems pays ₹2,000–3,000 for a single call on mentoring and consulting platforms. Most cannot afford it, and most do not know who to ask. The students who most need direction get the least of it.

Faculty review is a gate, not a dropdown — advancing a project requires written feedback, and every transition is recorded with who changed it and when. Your Innovation Cell gets an audit trail as a by-product of people doing the work.
The governed route to cloud & AI resources
1.Student requests
Against a named project, with a written justification and an estimated cost — not an open-ended ask.
2.Your staff approve
Faculty and college admins review and approve or reject with notes. Nothing moves without your side saying yes.
3.Our engineers provision
A TechTrapture engineer provisions it inside our own cloud organisation, scoped and capped. The college carries neither the exposure nor the bill risk.
A human engineer stands between a student request and a live cloud project. Nothing is provisioned automatically and the platform runs no compute of its own. That is deliberate — it is why a college can approve this at all, and it is not something a self-serve tool can offer you.

Free. Two-year term, a named faculty coordinator on your side, and a commitment to one activation event within 90 days so it does not become another dormant file.
Run the activation event
A guest lecture, workshop, or hackathon on your campus, delivered by practitioners. This is where your students meet current industry practice.
Pilot one department
One department, one semester, real cloud access for student projects. Not the whole college — a pilot that proves the thing before anyone commits budget.
A note on accreditation
Industry collaboration, innovation activity, and placement outcomes are scored under NAAC, NBA and NIRF. Everything above generates evidence for all three — signed MoUs, event records, project pipelines, mentor sessions. We mention it because it is useful, not because it is the point. If accreditation evidence is all you need, there are cheaper things to buy.
